When you register for a workshop, join our newsletter, or submit a consulting inquiry, we collect your name and email address. We do not collect payment information directly — payments are handled by Skool.

How We Use It

We use your information to send workshop confirmations and follow-up details, and — if you opt in — to send our weekly newsletter, The Lab Report. We will never sell your data or use it for any purpose beyond what you signed up for.

Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted services to operate Vibe AI Academy:

• →Supabase — stores workshop registration data securely.
• →Beehiiv — manages newsletter delivery if you subscribe to The Lab Report.
• →Skool — hosts our community, courses, and membership payments.

Each service has its own privacy policy governing your data on their platform.

Your Rights

You can unsubscribe from any email communication at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. To request deletion of your personal data, contact our team and we will process it within 30 days.
