By accessing or using Vibe AI Academy in any form — including this website, our courses, or our community — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
Vibe AI Academy provides online courses, a member community, free workshops, and optional consulting services. Courses and community access are delivered through Skool. We reserve the right to update or modify our services at any time.
Payment
Membership payments are processed through Skool. By joining a paid membership, you authorize recurring charges at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. All fees are in USD.
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time through Skool with no cancellation fees. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, videos, and written resources provided by Vibe AI Academy are proprietary and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without explicit written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Vibe AI Academy is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties regarding outcomes or results from using our services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.
